We need each other. Community. Spaces that feel safe and open, where we can show up exactly as we are. Spaces where we can stretch our edges and feel seen and heard.
GRIT GUILD is low stakes and joy-led, it’s me actioning my deep sparkle punk belief that community is vital.
Here’s how it works:
Every Sunday night you’ll get a gritty pondering for the week to journal about and reflect on.
There are no rules about how you reflect on these questions or quotes…you could write your thoughts, art your thoughts, voice note your thoughts, whack your ponderings in the comments section, think them in your head alone…whatever feels good for you.
Then on the first Monday of the month we’ll commune on Zoom, and do a stock take, share our pearls of wisdom and steady ourselves to navigate the beauty, mundanity and messiness of life.
There are no rules for showing up in these Zooms, you can share if you like, or not, or you can linger and lurk, and not say anything at all. If you miss a month - who cares. Ease and grace, babes. Ease and grace.
What kinds of ponderings will we ponder? This will unravel as this experiment unravels throughout the year…but they’ll be linked to the things i’m processing and playing with. Which means they’ll often be about the lessons we’re learning, the joy we’re craving, and reflecting on who we are and want to be.
To particpate in the Grit Guild you just need to be a paid subscriber to Pearler. Then you’ll receive your Grit Guild newsletter every Sunday evening.
We’re kicking off on 31st December, 2023.
Got any questions or curiosites…whack them below and i’ll answer them.
Let’s get gritty.
Love Claire.
I love this idea so much. On my 2024 “in list” was to try journaling so this hits that brief perfectly
